Discounted memberships, including Corporate Wellness and Community League Wellness, and Family memberships must be purchased in-person at our facilities to validate eligibility. Family memberships are sold for all members of the same household related by birth, legal status, or marriage up to a max of 7 people.

Facility Level Membership

Pass provides access to all Leisure Centres, including Mill Woods Recreation Centre, and Outdoor Pools.

Does not include Kinsmen Sport Centre, Commonwealth, Clareview, Terwillegar or The Meadows Community Recreation Centre.

For Continuous Monthly Memberships

A continuous monthly pass cannot be suspended or put on hold. The membership may be cancelled at anytime before the fifteenth of the month without penalty. After the fifteenth of the month, the membership cannot be cancelled until the following month. There is no refund for any unused portions of the membership. All cancellations must be completed using the cancellation form.

All membership changes must be performed at a City of Edmonton Recreation Facility. Any outstanding amounts due to the change must be paid at that time. Any remaining credits will be refunded.

All memberships are automatically updated according to birthdate, passholders will receive a notice of the change.

Important:

When registering online, you will be required to pay the first full month’s payment and a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current month with credit card online.

On your first visit to a facility, please bring in your completed Pre-Authorized Payment Debit Agreement and a void cheque to complete registration.

Your account is automatically debited on the first banking day of every month.

• Your pass will give you access to the facilities listed above during public hours for self-directed drop-in activities.
• This pass does not include instructor led drop-in classes, registered programs or personal fitness services.
• Passes are non-transferable.

• Replacement cards are subject to a $5.00 administration fee. Report lost or stolen cards to service counter staff.
