Fitness Fundamentals

This six week course is designted to teach you how to train your core, upper body and lower body using both free weights and resitance training machines. Additionally you will learn warm up and stretching tecniques to improve your rest and recovery between workouts. Finally, you will leave this course with the confident with enough fitness knowledge so you can design your own program.
