Special events, made easy. Whether you’re holding a large sporting event, special function, workshop, conference, or corporate retreat, our community recreation centres have a number of spaces available to accommodate anywhere from 10 to 200 guests. Enjoy amenities such as spacious rooms, free parking, and a variety of audio visual equipment to ensure your event is a success.

ALL bookings are required to be in compliance with AHS Guidelines.

Proof of one of the following listed below, along with valid identification for individuals 18 and older, will be required to enter CRF facilities by those who are vaccine eligible (anyone aged 12 and over, and do not have a medical exemption to the vaccine):

COVID19 Vaccination (Proof of full vaccination [two doses] will be required, with the second dose given 14 days before time of service)

Negative Rapid COVID-19 Test (completed within 72 hours of visiting)

Medical Exemption

Online room reservations can be made in one-hour sessions at specific times of the day.
